GLOria Perez - Deputy Director of Prevention Programs

Gloria has lived in Leadville since she was ten years old and has been with the Lake County Wraparound program since 2012. She is also an active volunteer in the Leadville community. Gloria is the mother of three boys and a male Husky. She loves running, hiking and shopping, but her biggest passion is to help youth and families have access to the services and supports they need to reach their full potential.

Grant Lee - Program Supervisor

Grant moved to Leadville from Buena Vista in 2021 and is originally from a small town outside of Knoxville, Tennessee. He has been serving Lake County Wraparound since October of 2020. Grant joined the Wraparound team as a Youth Support Partner since he has lived experience as a youth that experienced multiple barriers. After becoming a credentialed High Fidelity Wraparound Youth Support Partner in 2021 he decided to take on a new role as a High Fidelity Wraparound Facilitator. Grant's interests include snowboarding, cooking, hiking, and socializing with friends. Grant's long-term goal in the community is to find new and effective ways to advocate for the opening of local businesses and the construction of affordable housing."

Jeanette Wells-Gonzales - Family support Partner

Jeanette Wells-Gonzales is a Colorado native born and raised in Leadville, CO.  Jeanette is a mother of three young men and enjoys living the mountain lifestyle.  In 2018, Jeanette had a life changing experience that brought her life choice and goal to helping and supporting other members of her community. She began working with an organization called PERCS and began her journey into becoming a Peer Specialist. Through this work, Jeanette has co-hosted NA meetings, helped lead Celebrate Recovery meetings, and supported youth/families in all areas of life’s domains. Currently Jeanette is the Family Support partner for Lake County Wraparound and has spent much of her time completing numerous trainings and credentialing for her new position. Through her personal life experiences and passion for helping others , Jeanette hopes to build strong relationships with families and help them navigate through and connect with resources throughout our community and beyond.

Nancy Contreras - Financial Assistance Case Manager/ Data Manager

Nancy is originally from California and attended Lake County Schools. She joined Lake County Wraparound in May of 2018. Nancy assists families to connect to financial assistance support as well provides data entry support for the program. She loves spending time with her family, enjoys cooking, swimming, and barbecuing at the lake.

Nathan Dye - Housing Navigator

Nathan, originally from Maine, has lived in Leadville since 2013 and has been with the Wraparound program since 2023 as the Housing Coordinator.  His passion for assisting with youth in acquiring and keeping stable housing led him to the position.  In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, taking walks with his dog, skiing, biking, and pretty much anything outdoors!
